Just over one year I lived in Tianjin, China, teaching English at a public primary school. Then my traveling continued with a quick visit to South Korea and an awesome holiday in Japan.

Lead by Lonely Planet, I've visited nearly all countries in Southeast Asia on several visits. With only Myanmar left, I'm sure I'll go back to tick this last destination off my list too.

For half a year I was working at a dairy farm near Ashburton milking cows all day. Then I traveled through the country with my beautiful 1973 Volkswagen Combi, first with Mum & Dad, then with my friends Hanna & Steffi.

What started as a visit to a friends family ended up as a breathtaking journey through wild jungle and scattered villages where people still live as they have been hundreds of years ago.

I lived and traveled in Australia for over five years on and off. Two of those years I spent exploring the country with my 1983 Toyota Land Cruiser, which took me 32.000 kilometers through some of Australias most challenging terrains.
